The Pacific Crest community is conveniently located in southwest Santa Maria California and is a short 20 minute drive to the main gate of Vandenberg Air Force Base. Pacific Crest Estates homes were built between approximately 2005-2007.  The Pacific Crest homes range from 1,200 to 2,600 square feet in size featuring one and two story plans. There are three to five bedroom homes, with options that include two to four car garages, grand master suites, spacious kitchens, and vaulted ceilings.  The community offers convenient access to shopping, restaurants and banking.  Nearby communities include MontalegreStrawberry Creek, and Westgate Ranch.
