2012 Pismo Beach CA Mid-Year Real Estate Market Update

2012 Pismo Beach CA Mid-Year Real Estate Market Update

The first half of 2011, foreclosures and short sales comprised 26% of the Pismo Beach real estate market, and that number dramatically decreased to about 10% in 2012.  The number of short sales went down considerably.  Average sale price went down about 4%, and average asking price plummeted 12.4%.  Of course, the asking prices could reflect the type of properties that were listed during that time period more than sellers actually asking less for their properties.

If you are considering selling your Pismo Beach CA home and you would like a comparative market analysis, feel free to contact my office at (805) 938-9950 and set up an appointment.  I specialize in short sales and distress sales.  If you are interested in buying a home in Pismo Beach CA, I will be happy to assist you and provide a list of available homes in Pismo Beach CA and the surrounding area.
