Tni - here in the Chicago real estate forclosure market we are seeing the same statistics...foreclosure sales increased with an overall 8-10% decline in sales price.

Charita - I'm trying to do better about it myself.  They are very simple to do and it keeps my head swimming with market facts.  I find it actually makes me a better agent.

Goran - Yes, in Arroyo Grande it looks like there is a good amount of pent up demand as prices softened, days on market went down.  Thanks for stopping by.

Love your market report and the local photo.   It helps buyers and sellers a like .  Mine tend to be a bit too long and take too long to put together.  SO I don't do enough of them.
